PlateZ Ceramics has been an established name in the world of ceramics for over 10 years, well known and trusted within the hospitality industry. With our roots in hospitality Tara from the front of house and myself from the kitchen—we understand better than anyone how important presentation, durability, and atmosphere are when it comes to tableware.

In our studio, we create two distinct types of ceramics: slipcast pieces and wheel thrown pieces. Slipcasting allows us to produce elegant, consistent designs that are ideal for restaurants and larger orders, offering both precision and practicality. Wheel-thrown ceramics, on the other hand, carry the unique character of the maker’s hand—each item slightly different, with subtle variations in texture and form that reflect true craftsmanship. Together, these two approaches let us balance efficiency with artistry, ensuring the highest quality for every piece.
